Registration Fees and Policies
- Per IEEE policy, for each accepted paper to be published in the IEEE COMCOMAP 2026 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author (Non-students) is required to register at the FULL AUTHOR REGISTRATION RATE. Moreover, the paper must be presented by an author named on the paper.
- Conference registration covers: proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, reception, gala dinner, all co-located workshops, and attendance at all keynotes.
- Main conference papers require a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the proceedings.
- Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper.
- The final version of accepted papers must follow the standard 2-column IEEE format.
- Authors must follow the allowed paper length. Extra pages can be purchased with an additional fee.

IEEE Student Registration
To qualify for the IEEE student attendee reduced registration fee, you must hold an active IEEE student membership.
Invitation Letter
Invitation Letters for visa purposes will be ONLY given to participants with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee.
In order to request an invitation letter, you must have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference first, then, you may request the letter from the Sparcly submission system.
Wire Transfer Registration
If you would like to pay your registration fees through wire transfer, please select the option Wire Transfer during the registration. Your registration status will remain Pending until the wire transfer received in the conference account. The registration chair will update the status accordingly.
P.S., Please include the Order ID in your Wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by Nov 1st, 2026. An administrative fee of 20% of the registration fee will be deducted from each refund.
